Should you have any difficulty following these instructions please call us on 020 8959 6161 first. Each applicant for a Russian Visa must attend in person when the application is submitted at the Russian Visa Application Centre in London (or in Edinburgh if living in Scotland) in order to provide biometric data including fingerprints. In some cases applicants will need to attend at the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in London or the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Edinburgh. Biometric data will not be required for diplomatic and official visas or for children under the age of 12.
