Requirements for a Tourist visa for Congo Brazzaville
Passport	Valid for a minimum of six months beyond intended stay and have at least two blank pages.
	Twelve months validity may be required if you are applying for a 12 month multiple entry visa.
We can process routine or urgent Same Day Passport applications directly at Her Majesty's Passport Office.
Forms	1 x application form per traveller. Ensure all questions are answered and the form is signed
Photo	1 x passport size photo per traveller
Other Documents	As advised by the embassy
Itinerary	airline ticket (return) or onward. Evidence of hotel reservation or invitation from friends/relatives in Congo Brazzaville
A lodging Certificate	(Certificat d’Hebergement) provided by relatives or friends in - Brazzaville and authorised by City Hall or the Immigration Authorities
Vaccination certificate	Proof of vaccinations against cholera, tetanus. Original Yellow Fever Certificate.
