Requirements for a Tourist visa for Ukraine
Passport	Valid for a minimum of six months beyond intended stay and have at least two blank pages.
	Twelve months validity may be required if you are applying for a 12 month multiple entry visa.
We can process routine or urgent Same Day Passport applications directly at Her Majesty's Passport Office.
Forms	1 x application form per traveller. Ensure all questions are answered and the form is signed
Photo	2 x Passport sized photos per traveller
Other Documents	As advised by the embassy
Proof of Funds	Evidence of sufficient funds, credit of at least £35 per day of stay
Itinerary	Return or onward flight tickets with the necessary valid visas or a letter explaining trip
Passport information	Photocopy of your passport information page and residence visa if non UK resident
A Tourist Voucher	with a confirmation of hotel booking received from a hotel in Ukraine. The confirmation letter should include the full name of a person and the period for which booking was made (a faxed copy may be accepted)
