Requirements for a Establishing Residence visa for Angola
Passport	Valid for a minimum of six months beyond intended stay and have at least two blank pages.
	Twelve months validity may be required if you are applying for a 12 month multiple entry visa.
We can process routine or urgent Same Day Passport applications directly at Her Majesty's Passport Office.
Forms	1 x application form per traveller.
Photo	1 x passport size photos
Other Documents
Fax/Telex Invitation	from Angola to be sent directly to the Embassy.
Written undertaking	to comply with Laws in Angola
Proof of Income	Means of subsistence
Letter for establishing residence	Letter addressed to the Consular Section explaining the reason for establishing residence and to be stamped by the Consulate.
Name and address's	Name and address of relative living in Angola or abroad.
Medical Report	2 copies of a Medical Report duly notarised by the U.K. Foreign office. This document must be translated into Portuguese.
Vaccination certificate	Vaccination certificate for Yellow Fever (current)
Police Report of Criminal Record	Police Report of Criminal Record in Portuguese Notarised and Authenticated by the Foreign Office and to be stamped by the Consulate.
