Requirements for a Work Visa for Angola
Passport	Valid for a minimum of six months beyond intended stay and have at least two blank pages.
	Twelve months validity may be required if you are applying for a 12 month multiple entry visa.
We can process routine or urgent Same Day Passport applications directly at Her Majesty's Passport Office.
Forms	1 x application form per traveller.
Photo	1 x passport size photos
Other Documents
Fax/Telex Invitation	from Angola to be sent directly to the Embassy.
Work contract	Copy of contract in Portuguese & English. Notarised and Authenticated by the Foreign Office.
CV	Curriculum Vitae. in Portuguese & English
Police Report	Police Report of Criminal Record in Portuguese Notarised and Authenticated by the Foreign Office and to be stamped by the Consulate.
Medical records	Medical records Notarised and Authenticated by the Foreign Office.
Immunisation Card	Immunisation Card (Current)
Travel Tickets	Return ticket or Itinerary.
Written undertaking	to comply with Laws in Angola
