Requirements for a Tourist visa for Japan
Passport	Valid for a minimum of six months beyond intended stay and have at least two blank pages.
	Twelve months validity may be required if you are applying for a 12 month multiple entry visa.
We can process routine or urgent Same Day Passport applications directly at Her Majesty's Passport Office.
Forms	1 x application form per traveller. Ensure all questions are answered and the form is signed
Photo	1 x Passport sized photos per traveller
Other Documents	As advised by the embassy
Detailed itinerary	within the country including return flight Itinerary and proof of accommodation bookings
Evidence of funds	Evidence of sufficient funds, recent bank statement showing a minimum credit of £35 per day of stay
Proof residency	Primary proof
Proof of employment	Letter from employer
