| Passport | Valid for a minimum of six months beyond intended stay and have at least two blank pages. |
| Twelve months validity may be required if you are applying for a 12 month multiple entry visa. | |
| We can process routine or urgent Same Day Passport applications directly at Her Majesty's Passport Office. | |
| Forms | 1 x 6 page application form per traveller. |
| Photo | 2 x passport size photos per traveller, signed and dated on the back |

| Proof of payment | for online visa application this should include: the “Visa Acknowledgment Slip” and the “Visa Payment Slip” |
| Letter from your host | 4 x copies of Letter from your host in Nigeria requesting an STR |
| Letter from sponsor | in Nigeria addressed to the Visa section accepting full immigration responsibilities. |
| Company letter | 4 x copies of Company Letter from your U.K. company requesting an STR. |
| Letter of Appointment - offer | 4 x copies of your letter of Offer of Appointment |
| Letter of Appointment - Acceptance | 4 x copies of acceptance of Offer of Appointment from the applicant |
| Approved Expatriate Quota | 4 x copies of Approved Expatriate Quota |
| CV | 4 x copies of the CV of Applicant |
| Professional certificates | 4 copies of Professional certificate(s).
